This Privacy Policy explains how BeadChick (the “App”) handles information when you use it.

1. Your photos and patterns

BeadChick processes the photos you choose and the patterns you create on your device. We do not upload your photos or generated patterns to our servers, and the App does not require a BeadChick account.

2. What is stored

The App stores your projects, pattern settings, edits, and related data locally on your device so you can continue working on them. If you enable iCloud features, eligible project data may sync through Apple’s CloudKit services to your other Apple devices.

3. Purchases

If you purchase BeadChick Pro, the App reads purchase and entitlement information from Apple through StoreKit so it can unlock and restore paid access. Apple handles payment details; we do not receive or store your complete payment-card information.

4. Support email

If you contact us by email, we receive the information you include in your message and use it only to respond to your request or improve the App.

5. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your photos or patterns with third parties. We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect our rights, users, or the security of the App.

6. Your choices

You can delete projects from within the App and disable iCloud syncing in your device settings. Subscription management and refund requests are handled through Apple.

7. Policy updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the effective date or provide notice in the App.
